Made to Order Products

All physical products at Tanaya Moon Collective are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns on items that were made correctly and as described. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@tanayamoonco.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Candles

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in color and scent throw are normal and not considered defects. If your candle arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days with a photo.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking shows delivered, Tanaya Moon Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for assistance. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.
